I have been writing to an internet male for about 3 weeks, he was an Australian professional who works in HK. He was humorous, intelligent, nice, we felt a lot through the net. We met once eventually, we had a fun talking that night. I told him I liked him through the net after that, but he rejected me. However, I really think he is the Mr. right for me, so should I carry on to let him know that I am the one he wants?

If you think that this man is Mr Right for you, then nobody, including me, should be advising you to discontinue communication.
You have only been communicating for three weeks, so I would be giving it a lot more time and really getting to know this man a lot more. At least, at the very worst, you will come out with a very good friend.
Give him a chance to know just how wonderful you are!
